You can return your order within three months since its delivery. Custom cases are totally and specifically made as per customer´s requirements and we cannot accept any return for a refund or exchange even if the case does not meet your expectations.
You would need to send your order back to the address found in our contact details. Once we receive your package we will proceed with its corresponding refund.
Please keep in mind that customized products cannot be returned unless it is due to manufacturing errors.
Refunds are usually made within Fourteen days after the returned item is received. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies could delay the process of this operation. Why Fourteen days? Our quality department needs to inspect all returned items to confirm that they adjust to our return policies, once approved Piel Frama will proceed with the refund of your payment to the same account used for your purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot change your order after its dispatch; you can instead refuse its delivery or return the undesired product for a refund and make a new order. This does not apply to customized products.

We will cover the shipping costs only if the reason behind its return is due to a manufacturing or shipping error. If the return is made for any other reason we won’t be able to cover its shipping costs.
