Don't like the color of the product or have you made a mistake when ordering it? Piel Frama allows you to exchange it for another within 5 days of purchase. Once we receive the product back, we will send you the new one, charging you for the new shipping costs.


Upon receipt of the product, Piel Frama makes the refund (Excluding the shipping cost) to your credit card or PayPal account.

We will proceed to refund the shipping costs as long as this is due to our shipping error or production defect. If the return is due to other reasons, we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
