1. Are the UPS or TNT express shipping cost included in the price?
Yes, they are. UPS or TNT express shipping cost are included in the price.
2. What is your refund policy?
If you receive our product with any imperfection of elaboration we will resend you a new case in perfect conditions or, if you prefer, we will refund you the money without problems.
The product which you have just acquired, has been handmade combining the best traditional leather working with the more actual design.
The veins, scars or variations in tone which this piece may show, are genuine characteristics of the leather itself, which heighten its purity and confirm its authenticity.
WARRANTY
All the products have a period of warranty of 1 YEAR.
3. Can these cases be paid in other ways apart from by Credit Card?
Yes. Our cases can also be paid in two diferent ways apart from by Credit Card.
- By bank transfer (The order is sent once we receive the bank transfer or the voucher of it).
- By sending us a cheque (The order will be sent once we receive this cheque). Our postal address is:

4. Do you ship your products to all the countries in the world?
Yes, we send our products everywhere in the world by UPS or TNT express.
5. What shipping courier do you use?
We always ship our products by UPS Express and TNT Express.
6. Are the PDA able to sit and synchronize in the cradle while it is in the case without
having to take out?
Sorry, but in order to be able to sit and synchronize in the cradle the PDA, you have to remove it from the case because of the thickness of the leather.
We cannot make thinner leather since it can split.
7. Can these cases be ordered without belt clip?
Note that the design of the case will not vary if you order it with or without belt clip.
All our cases are provided with a silver metal tap on the back which can be removed to insert the knob for the belt clip whenever you want.
If you do not intend to use the belt clip you can screw in this metal tab and you will get a plain back.
8. Is the way of payment secure?
Yes, it is. All your data go directly through our bank (Unicaja). The page is a secure page, property of Unicaja. Data introduced will be encrypted before being sent, to avoid third parties to access them.
9. I do not feel confident about sending my credit card details through the website. What can I do to place my order?
Acquiring our goods directly through our website is 100% secure.
The transaction takes place through a security page using a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Security Certificate based on the most advanced internet security protocol.
Any information is sent encrypted to the server so that it is impossible to interprete or to steal the data which remail private and integral.
The Security Certificate will be connected through 128 bit, 56 bit or 40 bit depending on the capacity of the web browser used.
